IQ4 Smart charging (plug in module)

hi just wondering if anyone uses or used the IQ4 smart charger plug in for the IOTA DLS converter chargers. I have two 45 amp converters from IOTA that were factory installed. I have them charging etc 6 of the 31 series Interstate high cycling deep cycles. hoping this will improve battery life . I had 6 interstate 6V golf cart batts but the chargers boiled them over. so i switched to 6 of the 12V in parellel. Any thoughts or opinions welcome.

The IOTA IQ4 will make your 2 stage charger a 4 stage model, adding float charging and a weekly boost charge. That will stop the acid boiling over.

Check the IOTA website. They offer a IQ4 - Parallel charger control and adaptor cable for 2 chargers.

PS: I have used the IQ4 control for 10 years in my IOTA 55 amp charger. Back then the IQ4 was a 3 stage device.

Probably not, the parallel cord may just be cheaper the the second IQ4.

I run 2 different brand chargers side by side without problems. They all just monitor battery voltage to change stages.
