Issue w/Power Gear Leveler

2008 Fleetwood,
had issues with Power Gear, one of our electric levelers broke the welds and broke the set pin so the leveler dropped to the ground. After unbolting and bring the levelers to the shop, I could see big improvements could have been when they put these together. Anyways I got the roll pin knocked out, looks like I need to buy another welder to weld in place after I tack welded all four corners, then weld it all the way around.
any suggestions as I don't have warranty left.

This happened to me while travelling and did exactly what you described and have not had an issue since having it welded and installing a new shear pin. I hope this is what you were looking for?

Just wondering if U got the weld done all the way around the top plate holding it all together?
Just ordered my shear pins and will find a good welder out there.
Sold all my welding equipment before leaving Alaska, who would thought I would need again so soon. Glad yours held and is working fine, we will be praying for ours also. Thank you for replying 🙏🏻👍✌️🙌

All the way around seemed the best to me so that's what my welder did. Leave nothing to chance! Good luck.
