Leaking Plumbing in Slide --- It rotates

Found water on the kitchen floor today. The problem was a leaky fitting inside slide. Looks like we need to replace the brass fittings (see picture), and maybe some of the pvc fittings too. Does anyone know the name of these brass, 1/2-inch diameter, rotating fittings? Also, where can we buy some new ones? And, any tips on how to replace them? Thanks !!

They are likely to be standard plumbing fittings. Take one in to a large hardware store or home center.
