LED Awning Strip Lights Not Working Properly

2018 Coachmen Chaparral 391qsmb. Factory installed LCI LED Strip Lights under awning have one side no longer lit. The other half of the strip, working fine.
Any ideas on how to fix? We are still under warranty, is this our best option? Appreciate all suggestions. Click image for larger version

Probably just a bad LED strip. I would just let the dealer take care of it!

Agree^^. There is no reason why part of a single strip would fail other than a defect in the internal connections. It's under warranty so have the dealer replace the strip.

There is no fix. Strip has to be replaced. It's an easy thing to do.

Have it done under warranty. Once replaced, check their work carefully before you sign work order and drive off.

If the cost in time / $$s of getting the rig to/from the dealer is too much you might ask if they'll send you the strip - the replacement is pretty straightforward.

Thank you, we’ll try that route first.
