Leveling jack issue

Hi all, thanks for adding me to the group. I have an 2007 Newmar Baystar 3202 that we recently purchased with a levelling jack issue. It uses a Atwood 66104 and the previous owner said a rock got stuck in one of the jacks at one point and when the shop tried to dislodge it using the jacks power they broke the plastic casing for the gears. Anyone know where I could find a replacement? I’ve been told that functional jacks are very hard to find and Atwood no longer makes them. All the gears are intact and the motor works fine so I literally just need the plastic housing for it.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!

I don't have hydraulic jacks so can't help with that.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Since Atwood is nolonger an answer, I would suggest making a drawing of
the mount for the plastic cover and take it to a local machine shop.
They should be able to fab a new cover.

We have the 2007 Newmar Bay star 3201 and found a replacement leveler at Lippert, who bought the leveler part of Atwood. We had a gear break in one of ours and could not find any replacement parts even at RV salvage yards. Lippert sells the entire unit but does not offer individual parts.

We bought a new unit and kept the old one for spare parts since eventually they will be needed.
