Leveling Jacks are not going down

2016 Coachmen Mirada 31ft class A motorhome. Leveling jacks are not going down. Engine is on and emergency break is on. Battery was checked and it is good. Any suggestions?

LCI Leveling system. My on/off light turns on and my Rear right light on the control panel turns on. When I press AUTO, I hear a sound like a motor starts to run but none of the jacks go down. No other warning lights are on.

All the ones I've seen the engine has to be off, ign ON or ACC.
It's a safety feature.

Thanks, I've had the RV for 7 years and I've always operated the jacks with the engine running. I just tried it with the engine off but no difference.

Start to run ?? the pump motor should run continually until the RV is level .
Can you find the motor an fluid reservoir ?

I am having issues with mine too they won't go up completely unless I hit the emergency retract. We are the second owner and they are 6 years old. So I emailed the manufacturer for dealers in my area and they said it would be cheaper to have the look at and if necessary would either fix or replace. Have an appointment next week. Called around and local cost to replace is between 6k to 7.5k to replace. Manufacture cost is 5k to replace.

Thank you so much Skip426 The pump motor reservoir was short 2 quarts. I added the Mercon V ATF fluid recommended by LCI Electronic Leveling and now it's working great. The pump motor is located on the drivers side behind the rear axle inside a door that looks similar to a storage compartment door but has a grate for cooling. I saved a lot of money by logging in and asking everyone for help on this site. Hope I can repay anyone with a problem that I know the answer to in the future.

If you were 2 quarts down, you need to inspect the whole system for leaks.
It should be dripping somewhere.
ATF does not evaporate.

Be sure you are checking the fluid level with the sides in or out as recommended by the manufactur.

For example, I have 3 slides and an HWH system. To check my fluid level I am supposed to leave the large slide and the bedroom slide "in" and then extend the passenger slide. This puts fluid back into the reservoir when you extend the passenger slide.

Yes the RV is 2016 and I have never checked that fluid in 7 years since I bought it new. I looked around for leaks but did not see any. I will check it very often now.
