I have a 2003 Gulfstream Sunvoyger 37' with 3 slides. My jacks are extended and they won't retract. I mistakenly extended the right rear to where the wheel is about 6" off the ground so my unit is sitting with a severe tilt to the left side. I think my system is Dewal. I can hear they pump running but no movement with the jacks. There are 3 slides are also fully extended and the one on the rear right, which is the smallest, will side in but not the ones on the left down slope side.
I noticed there is a breather cap on top of the oil tank. Does that have to be in a certain tighten position?
Any suggestions on how to solve the non-retract issue?

I don't lift my tires off the ground anymore, made that mistake once. But the time the jacks didn't retract I had to power cycle them. Turned everything off, even had to pull the fuse, then restarted the system. Finally worked.

I used to have a Sunvoyager. What is the fluid level in your pump tank? With jacks down & slides out, it won't be at the max level, but make sure it's not sucking air.
Thanks for all your comments. Dewald is the make of my system who was purchased by Lippert Components. I called their tech support and was told they jacks could not be manually retracted. That statement is absolutely wrong.
My mobile repair man was able to manually retract all 4 leveling jacks. The Dewald operating manual provided instructions how to adjust the nuts on the jack solenoids to then manually retract the jacks one by one. They were not marked, so he had to use a voltmeter to identify which solenoid went with which jack. He also discovered the front right jack had a fluid leak and likely is a seal which I will have to have repaired separately. For the reason, I did not try to re-extend any of the jacks.
