Lippert Hydraulic Slides won't extend

Hello everyone, I'm a new member and a new Class A driver. Interesting problem the other day in a new (2022) Thor Tuscany: The hydraulic slide outs won't extend. I've chased a few rabbits around the issues and I've determined the following:

When I push the retract button from inside the coach I can hear the hydraulic motor turn on, but no sound when I hit the extend button. I know on the Firefly monitor that the switches for each are getting power. Further, when I hit extend and listen on the pump I can hear a click coming from the hydac valve, but the motor does not come on. I put a test light on the motor/Solenoid wire and it lights when I hit retract, so the hydraulic motor receives power from the solenoid when I retract but nothing when I extend.

The jacks work fine both going up and down - this problem is restricted only to the slides.

I think I HAVE to call this a failed solenoid, but these Lippert hydraulic are a bit of black magic to me. But if it's a bad solenoid why do the jacks extend and retract fine, but not the slides?

Any insight would be much appreciated.
