Low Voltage at DC on converter

I have 13.5 volts coming into the converter, but only 11 volts at the fuse's and 10 volts at a DC ceiling light. What could be the problem? bad ground, or bad dc converter. AC is 118-120 thanks

Check and clean all battery terminals and ground connections. Very likely as you suggested, a bad ground. I'd imagine if you clean the battery terminals you'll find more voltage being put out by your converter/charger too.

Check for non connected large wires at the cabin battery.

The converter may have the ground connected to the battery via a large cable and often this wire is left aside.

Confirm voltage at converter then check at connection points toward the distribution system.
