Magnum MS2812 Install GD Solitude 5th Wheel

Grand Design Solitude 50 AMP with WFCO 8930/50 Panel.

This is my reference thread that I could not respond to. I know this is an older thread.

http://www.irv2.com/forums/f54/magnu...em-194296.html

Just wondering if anyone used this as a guide to install their inverter and what the outcome was?

I liked the fact that this method mirrors an OEM style install. I like the clean look.

The discussion outlines what I want to do with my inverter install. I plan on doing the same type installation as soon as I get parts delivered.

I found this thread very informative.

I called the folks at Precision and spoke to them about their panel and applying it to my installation. The gentleman I spoke to was a customer service before a sale type of person. He encourage me to look at other option as the Precision panels are generally used in applications with more sophisticated electrical management systems than my 5th wheel will ever have. The recommendation I received was to move to the Progressive Dynamics panel.

As I read many posts that outlined inverter installations this was the only one that mentioned this method.

If you used this method I would appreciate and insight you may have related to your installation and experience.

Thanks in advance
