If set on high or low the fans will keep running but the compressor should shut down when the set temperature is reached.
When on cool/auto, if the room temperature is 2 degrees or higher then the set temp compressor and high fan operate. When room temp is within 1 degree of set temp, compressor and low fan speed run. When room temp is equal to set temp, the compressor and fan will shut off. Because two of the 3 remote sensors are mounted near the outside wall, the readings will always be to high and the A/Cs will keep running. So the sensed temps are always off . Play around with the settings as to what feels comfortable. I have the Tuscany 40KQ, with similar problems. This issue is also not unique to Thor. It is a common problem with most brands.

Yep, that is similar to the sensors I found, cant find the third so far. It is 51 here this morning, the heat pumps work great!!

Near 90 next week, will give an update then.

Taping hot/cold bags to wall, there are some really ingenious people here!!

Looked up as typing this and saw the 3rd sensor under cabinet...….

Thanks for the manuals, most of what I found were older posts in this forum!

Update, set temp at 78-80 and it keeps it at a comfortable temp in low 70's....
