Micro-air 355 installation trouble

I am replacing an RV Comfort.zc thermostat with Micro-air 355. I have connected the wires to the Micro-air as directed. The old thermostat worked hooked up this way, but with the Micro-air I am having multiple issues
1) I set up zone 1 and zone 2 and after doing this if I leave zone 1 and go to zone 2 it will not go back to zone 1
2) Zone 1 Cool does not work at all how it is connected
Zone 1 furnace will work
Zone 2 furnace does not work
Zone 2 cool will work
Haven't really tested the heat pump as we don't use that
3) I have extra wires I have tested the yellow and orange and they have voltage when the thermostat is supposed to be operating zone 2 furnace

I thought I would be able to just plug an play but I am lost. Below is the labels that I traced the wires coming from the wall up to the box connected to the Zone 1 Coleman Mach unit:

Red 12v in *
White 12v out *

White B-
Green SIG 1 *
Brown SIG 2 *
Red R+
Blue B-
Yellow R+ (not used on old thermostat)

The ones with * I am pretty confident I have them connected right.

Any help would be appreciated
