Model 760 EMS smart controller

After half of my electrical went out including the panel for my EMS smart controller, I pulled the breaker panel And found burnt ground wires. How do ground wires become overheated to the point where they melt? I nipped and stripped all the burnt wires and replace them in the in the ground block, but still No power. I used a jumper to check power that was coming out of circuit breaker's to the EMS board, it was coming into the board but not going out. I jumped a couple of them and got the electrical to respond on low powered items like the power light for my washer/dryer, but no indicator for my ACs. Everything kept leading back to the board, but I'm wondering if there something else I can check for missed. 07 HR endeavor.

Sometimes wires in a breaker panel become loose due to vibration of the moving RV. Loose wires can create resistance, which creates heat. The other possibility is a lightning strike. I suspect your EMS smart controller may be burned up. You'll have to look up a manual for it and see if there are troubleshooting tips or tests you can perform.

Sad to say the new board was a bust, ☹️ Does anyone know if there is a breaker or reset for the heavy load side of the 50amp. When the light side pops I push in the breaker on the inverter, but I can't finder one for the heavy load side.

A replacement board is over $200. If you mostly plug into 50 amp service, OR you don't mind paying attention to the amperage loads you turn on when plugged into 30 amp or 15 amp outlets, you could remove the EMS and do it yourself. On a 50 amp pedestal it just allows all power through anyway.
