New Dometic "Sidewise" Refer Icemaker problems

I have a new Dometic "Sidewise" Self defrosting Refrigerator w/Through door Ice & Water. We had set up for a 12 day stay, and everything was working fine, then on about the third day, the Icemaker quit producing ice. The Freezer compartment was still around zero degrees, but no water was coming into the icemaking tray. It was very warm (around 90 degrees) and humid.
We were leaving the coach for a few hours, and turned off the city water connection. Could turning this off and back on again a few hours later have caused a problem ? Perhaps the lack of water pressure allowed moisture to freeze in the water line to the icemaker ?

Water should not freeze in the water line. We leave our fridge on cool while we're on the road with the water pump off all the time.

Shutting off the water could have caused the icemaker to skip a cycle, but it should start up again on its own once the water is back on.

There are a couple of things I cna think of that would casue the icemaker to stop working-
1. No electricity to icemaker. Check the receptacle in the access panel outside the rig. Ours had a bad plug when it was new. The voltmeter showed power at the receptacle, but there turned out to be no contact with icemaker plug.
2. Bad solenoid. The solenoid receives a signal from the icemaker that it has completed the harvest cycle. The solenoid then opens momentarily to allow in more water.
3. Freezer not cold enough. Since you say the freezer is at zero, this is probaply not the case.

Good luck, and let us know what you find out.
