Newbie mistake - coach needs to be level for fridge to cool!

Yeah,
Prior to our past few trips I pulled our coach into the driveway to plug it in to charge the batteries and get my fridge cool. However, after getting frustrated by my fridge never cooling down I finally spent time on the phone with Thor, Norcold, and my dealer only to finally be asked by the dealer "is the coach level?" D'oh!

I've now moved it to a level spot in front of the house and it's now cooling. Just hope the neighbors stay cool with it!

Lesson learned.

You could block the wheels to level it out.

You might want to get one of the ARP protection devices to prevent overheating during those times that the fridge is not level!

don't know much about norcold; my dometic ndr1292 is not that picky. getting cold fast and very cold (40 deg f constantly).
my thought remains - something may not be right. many rvers run their fridge while driving, how could that keep leveling?
