Do you have a surge protector with EMS? Perhaps there is a fault that is letting it protect your RV. And yes part of Rving is keeping things working. A lot of studying and understanding all your systems will go a long way towards making life easier but have no doubts this will always be part of the experience.

Thanks

Thank you all for your assistance. I'm sure this will not be the first time. The RV is back at the dealership being repaired - under warranty - the solonoid on the transfer switch had failed! Because of all your suggestions I learned a great deal about our coachs electrical systems very quickly. Should be helpful down the road. Again thanks
