Question No 12v power except slide?

Just bought a 2011 Forest River Grey Wolf 18RB trailer. Checked it out while plugged in and of course everything worked great during my inspection. I haul it home 200 miles, park it and put the slide out.

When unplugged nothing works on 12v excepting the slide which works great. Plug it into 120v and everything works fine. Seller had just installed 2 new batteries.

I did reset all the breakers and checked the fuses in the fuse box. There is also an online fuse on a wire coming off the battery that was good.

Any ideas of where to start? Been full timing for 5 years so I know a few things, but not all the things :-)

Thanks in advance for any help!

There may be a house power wire that's been left off the battery.

How many positive wires are on the batteries.

Slides are probably wired directly from battery

Check if you have a battery disconnect switch and it is OFF

On shore power..converter is supplying DC System
No shore power battery should but if disconnect off.....only items wired directly from battery would work

Side Note:
If Converter Reverse Polarity Fuses were blown cause new batteries were hooked up wrong then converter wouldn't work either plus slides would operate backwards

12 volt power to lights on shore power
No 12 volt power off shore power
Connection between converter/charger and battery is open.

Loose or corroded connection in positive cable
Loose or corroded connection in negative cable
Tripped breaker or fuse in positive cable to battery
Battery shut off switch near battery is defective
Self resetting circuit breaker near battery is defective.

Trace voltage from converter to where voltage is lost. Converter voltage may be 13.6 volts. Battery voltage when disconnected may be 12.7 volts or less.

Post make and model of converter/charger for better advice.

Thanks for the help!

I found the answer via YouTube. Google seems to know everything.

There are some circuit breaker blocks in a terminal block setup behind the batteries hidden under the frame. Follow the battery cables back and you will find them. Push the reset button, and whoosh problem solved.

Wish they were all that easy(and cheap) !

Here's the video link:
