No video from rear camera :-(

Got our 2018 View out of storage today, it has been parked there since mid-March. The flat screen dash display, Xite box, after I shifted into reverse, immediately displayed “No Video Available.” So no rear camera display It was working fine when I parked it.

I tried shifting in and out of reverse a couple of times, also cycling the dash unit on and off, toggling the touch screen buttons, etc. No change. Other functions, such as radio/XM, seem fine.

Guess I’ll start checking fuses, etc. Any advise?

Thanks,
Warren

PS … the camera is still mount on the back, so it’s not that it’s missing.

If your camera is wireless, ou may need to re-pair the camera...this re-connects the radio for the camera to the screen...kind of like the "handshake" process for a new Bluetooth device.

It also depends how the camera was wired...does it took into your running lights? They need to be on.
