Norcold 1200IM Help Please

Help me out guys.

I have a Norcold 1200 with an ice maker that is not working, (was not when we bought the coach earlier this year). Trying to get it working before the AZ trip in November.

Here is where I'm at:

Checked the shut off valve and made sure it was turned on (verified, I have water at the electronic valve on the back of the fridge.
Checked and made sure there is 120 volts and it is plugged in... confirmed.
Checked the 3 amp in-line fuse that is in the back of the fridge...it is good.
Dropped the ice maker and did the voltage and ohm tests as described in a trouble shooting form I found from the Norcold Guy. Everything checked out, I even jumpered it and made the valve open for water flow, it did.
While I was there I looked at the inside of the thing and it was pretty gross. Decided to replace the ice maker with one purchased from Lowes. Everything is all installed (I even primed the freeze tray with water, check the temp in the freezer, 11 degrees with my Fluke multi tester and still NO ICE!!

What am I missing!

TIA

Thanks OB.... I have found the problem. The next morning after I installed the ice maker I walked into the coach to a very wet floor! I have not tore into it yet, but I think that at some point the tube going from the electronic valve to the icemaker has come undone behind the fridge. I'm going to shelve this for right now until I have the time (or want) to pull the unit out and have a look.

Thanks for trying to help me out though!

Thanks for the update......sorry to hear of the wet floor!

Unfortunately a broken/leaking water supply tube to Ice Maker usually requires disconnecting fridge and sliding it outward (complete removal) due to limited access (UNLESS in a slide out then Upper Vent MAY provide enough access)

Water supply tubing runs up from solenoid valve to water inlet at top area just off mid-line by/under condenser fins.

See pg 2 and pg 57 in Service Manual-----good luck!

Yeah... I thought as much. I told the DW that we are going to be using ice trays this trip. The summer trip next year we will be going through Indiana, I think we may overnight at JC Refrigeration and have them put in a compressor system and fix the line at the same time, (I understand the fridge has to come out for the conversion to be done?)
I was hoping this was going to be an easy fix but like everything else on RV's, not so much most of the time!
That reminds me.... the new controller board for the furnace (the one that was floating yesterday morning) will be delivered tomorrow. I should have requested the upgraded one that could swim!
