NORCOLD 1210 DEAD Screen
I just removed my unit from my rig and put it back together in prep for reselling. Plugged it back into 120ac and the control screen does not illuminate. I do not have a DC source or the lp hooked up. Does that matter?
It was working before so I hope I didn't break anything getting it out the door.

The read-out is powered by 12 volts.

Yep, it has to have 12v DC for the control circuits and the panel.

Whew! Worried I had blown something.
Could I use a trickle charger to power it, 2amp 12vdc?

Check the voltage output before you hook it up.
Some trickle chargers get a little high in voltage without a battery hooked up.
