Norcold 121x series refrigerator not cooling

I have a 2021 Forest River FR3 with a Norcold 121x fridge. The coach has been in the hands of a rental company over the past year. In that time, the fridge has had to be replaced due to an ammonia leak. I just got the coach back to take out for the weekend and the fridge is not cooling. Can anyone tell me why the freezer is frosted over and holding at around 10 degrees, but the fridge section is holding around 59-61 degrees. The temp setting has been on "9" for close to 7 hours.

I just googled "norcold 121x" and there was a lot of troubleshooting info found. One you tube video showed how to clear err codes. It basically resets the circuit board he says. It would be worth a try.

Rental company..........folks running fridge off level.....replaced cooling unit and NOW you have same issue----lack of cooling

Could be due to obstruction between freezer and food compartment cooling coils ,,,,another cooling unit swap

Could be lack off Heat.........
*On AC BOTH Heater element must operate
*On Propane the flame must be strong, blue flame that reaches up into the bottom opening of the flue (dirty burner/orifice -- low LP pressure)

Could be due to airflow/draft
*Fridge has 2 external fans just above the absorber tube bundle that are controlled by a t-stat attached to Condenser FIN at top of fridge

Is this lack of cooling on AC, On LP or happens with either heat source???


Is the door flapper closing completely??
Good door seals?
*warm air being sucked inside will keep food compartment warm
