Norcold cycles—not cold in refrigerator
07 Monaco diplomat Norcold cooling problem. Freezer cools on AC. Refer does not. I can hear a faint “thumping” cycle kind of sound by the frig inside the coach. Switching to propane, the panel signal no flow. Propane is on and not empty—propane range in coach works. Thank You for any advice.

A quick search reveals a cornucopia of information on Norcolds not cooling.

LP can take several attempts to light off if propane to fridge hasn't been used routinely
Freezer gets cold on AC but food compartment doesn't
Classic symptom of an obstruction/blockage between freezer cooling coil and the food compartment cooling coil
Could be bad element....if it has 2 elements BOTH have to work
Could also be bad thermistor ....unplug it run fridge on Max Cooling setting for 12hrs
IF BOTH compartments get cold then replace the thermistor
If Food compartment still doesn't get cold.........time to 'Force Cool' to see if cooling unit can properly function or if circuit board is issue
Force Cool
Unplug element leads
Plug directly into the 120VAC Outlet (just unplug the fridge power cord)
*this bypasses ALL controls...element energized continuously
Run fridge for 12hrs
Both compartments get cold....circuit board faulty
Both do NOT get cold.......cooling unit is obstructed/blocked.....DEAD

Norcold update 7.6.21
As you suggested, I plugged directly into an extension cord midday yesterday. Norcold continued to operate but no cooling in the fresh box by 8pm. So, I unhooked the Thermistor and almost 12 hours later the fresh box fins are starting to get cold. I’ll let it run to see what happens.
I still hear a “thump-thump” sound, very faint cycling about every second. Can only hear from the inside of the coach. Normal?
I ordered from JC refrig the dual fans that attach to the fins and a fan for the outside coil area. I’ve seen photos of the outside fan at the bottom coil area but have read the outside fan should be at the top-that the bottom needs to be hot to work correctly—heat is needed for the ammonia. My Norcold is in the slide so two vents in the side, none on the roof.
Thank You very much!

Should have unplugged the thermistor and tested first as outlined in my post above
Only after testing of thermistor should you Force Cool
Process of elimination as to source of non cooling
'thump-thump'----???
No moving parts so listen from outside to pin point the source of that noise
"Gurgling noises are indicative of an obstruction/blockage in cooling unit
External Fans.....with upper vent in slideout the fan will work best when installed at top
Fans PULL air better then Push air
Airflow across the Condenser FINS is critical to fridge cooling process
T-stat attached to FIN closest to boiler stack ----used to turn fan on/off based on condenser FIN temp

In reading your response it's unclear if you plugged the two ac heater units into the extension cord or simply plugged the refer plug into it?
