Norcold n 821

My Norcold n821 has been stuck running on propane I have tried to move it to auto or ac on the display board and it wouldn’t move now it seems like it’s glitching to several different numbers quickly and the letter F but it still stays on Lp when it’s not doing that . I just ran out of propane and now it not working at all how can I get it to go over to shore power ? I went outside and noticed it was leaking inside the electrical box tried to clean it up it is also making the clicking noise I seen a YouTube video of someone who had a leak and cleaned it out and then unplugged the 12v and back in to reset it do you think that would help ? I looked at mine and it looks confusing maybe it got rearranged or something. Here’s a picture of mine. It’s a 1999 holiday rambler endeavor. Thanks

Three quick thoughts. First, did you try the lower 120 VAC receptacle (Those are sometimes wired such that ½ of it is on the inverter supply and the other ½ is on the shore power supply).

Second, did you test for the presence of 120 VAC on either or both of the AC outlets?

Third, can you or did you check the voltage on the 12 VDC power supply plug where it connects to the control module?

Any of these three could be the root of your problem. The reason for the question about the 12 VDC is that we had clicking in our practically brand new motorhome, and it turned out to be low DC at the refrigerator 12 VDC supply connection.

I would verify all three of those points to be good, to rule out problems "external" to the Norcold unit.

Good luck!!
