Norcold N3150

Norcold N3150 will not light and run on Propane. Had board replaced, igniter replaced,
Can hear it clicking but it won’t light. Can light it manually.
Runs fine on shore power or battery
Would appreciate any ideas or thoughts.
Thx

Clicking is one thing, sparking is another. Can you see the spark at the burner?

Since you can light manually, it sounds like the fuel solenoid valve is operating correctly. If the board is actually putting out high voltage, then it could be sparking to ground somewhere before the electrode. Possibly where the high voltage wire plugs into the board or a bad spot in the wire. It's also possible the electrode itself is not positioned correctly.

Light it manually....and does it STAY Lit?

IF YES......then spark electrode is good
Just need to adjust the spark gap...... 3/16" and tip directly over center of burner slots

IF NO......then check continuity of wire
Unplug and test between tip of electrode and connector on other end
No continuity...bad electrode
**Even new can be bad....wire pulled out inside the ceramic insulator, insulator cracked, bad ground, bad connection at transformer
