Norcold n811

Has anyone ever reset the powerboard for this unit?
I can find many n641 people but yet to find a n811.

This web site has the service manuals for Norcold. I had the same problem with my N821. Good Luck

another question I have - if the port where you put the stripped wire to has no power then what the good would a touching a ground do. I checked the pin for power and it has none.

Not sure what you may find on pin 15 may be just a discharge of a capaciter on board.
