Norcold refrig making strange sound

I have a Norcold refrig with separate freezer a smaller one, 3 cu ft? Not sure. My refrigerator will not stay lit or won't light at all using propane today. I switched to electric and suddenly notice a cycling noise coming from just below my main breaker panel near the door and below the refrig. It sounds high pitched and not normal. The refrig is working I think at this time. i did notice the door to access where the noise is coming from has two torx screws and wouldn't you know it. I didn't pack one of those. Anyone have any idea what may be wrong? Thanks for your help.

It could be your air mix tube is dirty or the metal chimney that directs heat around the boiler is blocked with soot. That could explain the fact that the LP won't stay lit. Also, if the chimney is blocked or not allowing air to vent, it could be causing the electric element to shut down when heat builds up.
