UPDATE on Whirlpool 11 / 10.7 cubic foot refer.
Found one today at Sears, was Christmas shopping for DW and Sears was next door so I wandered in to see what they had. LO! and Behold! they had one, this is the latest version with the gallon storage in the doors. I was mainly interested in the depth from front to rear with the doors removed. I measured 23" from the front of the cabinet to the back of the rear coils, my MH door opening is a little less than 24 3/8 so I'm confirmed good to go. I am still going to try the Norcold with some fan mods before I yank it, the Whirlpool is definitely my goto at some point.
List price was $569 for the Stainless Steel Model # WRT111SFDM, about $100 less for Black or White, Ice Maker is a quick install $100. I have seen the Blk/Wht refer advertised as low as $399.

My goof....
On the post above the Sears version is a Kenmore (same as the Whirlpool I described). Took the DW to see it and she promptly noticed my error, their number is Item # 04676393000P Model # 76393.
Sorry if I confused anyone except myself it's on sale on-line for $495 in stainless finish.
On the Norcold story, I was able to bring the coach home Saturday. I had previously reported installing a computer fan to constantly blow through the coils.
The Norcold was down to +8F in the freezer and +38F in the refer area in 4.5 hours. I also investigated where Norcold had installed their fan(s) temperature switch. I had planned on wiring around it so they ran continuous, but discovered a comparable switch that will close @85F and open @65F . I think this is better than continuous and certainly better than Norcolds 135F on 115F off switch.

Been a while since I was able to tinker with my Norcold. I have mentioned before on the Forum that we bought this coach due to "love at first site". We knew it would be after all the holidays before we could get away. I store the coach offsite due to HOA rules so I do a lot of work there and bring it home for a day to test, we are allowed 24 hours in week at home.
I brought it home Saturday afternoon to test my latest Norcold Mod and a few other odds and ends. I had changed the Thermostat on the upper fans from on at 135, off at 115, to a on at 85, off at 65 version and installed a constant run fan at the lower area blowing up thru the coils. I started the fridge at 4pm Saturday and set it on 9 (coldest). By 8pm it was freezer 20 fridge 40, by 7am Sunday it was Freezer -10 fridge 20 progress!! Ambient temperature here got down to 58 Saturday night so that certainly was a factor but I am encouraged, first trip next month.....to be continued.

So, I have to ask..... how did it work over the summer for you? Did you install the residential refer or is the old NoCold now performing with the new fans? Just wondered how it all ended up.

The Norcold is doing okay, I keep an outdoor temperature transmitter in it and it generally does okay Freezer makes ice. Attached is a link to another thread, at some point I will likely do the residential swap.
