Is this a genuine Onan Nikki carburetor, or is it a Chinese knock off?

One other thing. If it flooded as much as you say you need to change the oil. Fuel is not a lubricant. And prior to storing the RV drop in a large bottle of Sta-bil fuel treatment 32oz (80 gal treatment) and then run the generator for 20 mins (half-load) before shutdown.

Been doing this for years with my 4K and it fires right up come spring.
