Onan 5.5k HGJAB

So my generator started acting up. This is after a spark plug change and removing the carb to drain and clean the bowl. It now seems like it is sucking too much fuel in. I can make it run correctly by disconnecting the fuel pump (power) and once it drains the float bowl a bit it stops spitting fuel out of the carb, and sounds and runs normally. In my video you can see it run correctly up to the 8 second mark. Any ideas?

Troubleshooting Ive done.
I've hooked it up without the float bowl and verified that the float does stop the fuel flow when it is about level. The float does seem to float, and has no fuel in it. Everything has been sprayed with carb cleaner a few times now to ensure no debris is in the carb (but it was clean when I pulled it). Everything is fine when the float bowl has almost no fuel in it, but when it is at a normal level it runs very rich, spits fuel back out of the carb, smokes, and sounds like a vw bug.

Here is the video:

Take carb off engine and hold it in your hand.

Turn it over, upside down and blow, with mouth, into gas line fitting .

If you can, the neddle valve is dirty or shot.

So I fixed it. A gentlemen on te Facebook group "RV Generators Buy, Sell or Discuss" told me that it is likely a missing gasket between the float bowl and main jet. And he was correct. When I removed the float bowl with the carb on the generator it stayed on the carb and then fell off later. I had found it, and assumed it went between the fuel shut off solenoid because the only other thing exactly like it was on that. Since Onan doesn't sell any parts for the carb, a diagram is impossible to find, so I made one for everyone to see.
