Chuckww, I just had that same problem about a month ago. It's easy to determine the cause and not to difficult to fix.

The contacts in your charge/aux start solenoid are probably welded in the closed position.

I removed the solenoid and pried the cap off the top and cleaned and repaired it.

Thanks folks for the help. I contacted Fleetwood and found out they have a replacement master circuit board. Its a F73-1020 but a different revision number. This one is a real easy replacement for the old one, and its real easy to see the changes in the board. They also have another replacement but it requires that you do some minor rewiring. After replacing the board the aux start and everything except the slides worked. The control panel for my Flair 34F is not under the hood as my book and both Fleetwood told me. It is in the right side storage compartment to the right of the propane system.
Testing the switches for the slide outs we found we were getting only 6V, not 12. We traced the problem to the ground wire that goes from the emergency brake switch to the circuit board and slide switches. The wire was extremely small, about the size of a piece of lead for a mechanical pencil. We replaced that ground wire with a 8 AWG, which is what is used in the rest of the wiring and the slides worked perfectly.
Anyway, I have talked to Fleetwood Customer Relations about this and they said to send them a copy of all my bills and they would see if they couldn't reimburse me for at least, if not all, of the costs I entailed.
Thanks for all the help. In the future you may want to call Fleetwood Customer Relations in Indiana. They were helpful.

I have the same motorhome and the fuse box at the same location as you mentioned is partially fried. Some wires on the back of the motherboard have melted off and I can't tell where they came from. There is a small schematic on the back of the cover that this motherboard is contained in but it dosen't help us much. If you have any information that could help solve my problem, I would appreciate it. Thanks
