Probably would have been better to go 4x100Ah, but the two SOK 206Ah fit perfectly in my slot under the stairs. Form over function, right?
I had my microwave running on the single SOK 206aH and it was drawing 125A continuous, so I'm not sure what the limit is on the SOK. I know it says 100A. I was also pumping 55A into the batteries from the converter, so maybe there is some headroom with the BMS. I will have to do more experimenting to see.
The fridge draws 50A @ startup for 1/2 sec and then 12A continuous. So that would leave me with enough amps on the 2000W inverter to run whatever I need to. Might not be able to make coffee and run the microwave at the same time.
