Plumbing issue

We have a water issue.
1. Our fresh water pumps cycles on and off every few seconds when turned on.
2.Even if I turn the pump off and no city water my bathroom still seems to have water running.
3. Bathroom even with pump and city water off, there is air pressure in the line, more so on hot water side
4. But kitchen is getting no water with pump on or when hooked to city water. This all just started today.

Any ideas?

How do you fill your fresh water tank?

Gravity fill or via FILL Valve?

If FILL Valve ...it is leaking thru

Is there any chance a low point drain is open and water is coming out below the coach? I have had that happen and not noticed, while inside, that water was flowing outside.

The air pressure in the line sounds like the hot water heater is not full of water and has air in top of its tank. Try manually opening the pressure relief valve on the water heater and be sure air is out. You don't ever want the water heater run on electricity, if it has that feature, unless full.

Water heaters are DESIGNED to have an air pocket at top pf tank.
Water Swells when heated...air pocket helps control increase in pressure from the increase in volume.
Water does not compress....so pressure would increase and cause T&P Relief Vave to weep

Opening T&P can cause loss of air pocket

Air in system so bleed out when opening a faucet (hot/cold sides) and then no more air
Air in system can be from leak on suction side of pump
*discharge side of pump & city water connection are under pressure

Update
After hooking up to good city water at our next campground, I ran all water faucets until air was bled off. All is good now,
