Plumbing Tip of the Day
What is this? It's leaking out the top. Where do I get one? Help! I can't shower or doo doo until I get one. Holy cow they cost $30-40 and 5 days to ship!. Ugh
It's a Cash Acme V-101 anti siphon or pressure vacuum valve.
Wait, doesn't Acme make those rockets that always misfire on Wile E Coyote?
Well yes but this is different. Simply remove the valve, soak it in vinegar and voila! Just like brand new.
Not saying this will solve the rocket problem but the amount of crud that came out of that valve was amazing.
See images for further details.

Vinegar has been used for decades to "un-crud" shower heads. Makes sense it'd do the same for a valve.

You can buy a new valve at Home Depot in the plumbing department, just take your old one to verify pipe sizes. By the way, your old valve is a replacement unit probably from Home Depot or Lowes.

If your camped by home Depot or Lowe's you ain't campin'. And I realize that some hardware stores might have it but the point is you can fix it yourself.

It was not a part of my black tank sani-flush system. It was actually under one of the sinks in my bathroom area and was leaking into my storage compartment and onto the ground. It wasn't for the sink because it ran up into the cabinet then back out under the cabinet and when I shut off the water to the sink it kept leaking. I honestly don't know where the water line ran but I assumed it was to the toilet because that's really the only thing that would need an anti-siphon.
I should also specify that I have a button flush automatic macerating toilet that pre flushes with water and auto fills the bowl with water after flushing. It's not a cheap plastic toilet

It is the anti siphon valve for the black tank flush system. It has to be higher than the tank and they usually put them under a sink.

My question was rhetorical !
You need to check where you were connecting your hose cause THAT is the Anti-siphon vacuum breaker for the Black tank Flush System regardless if you have a hoity-toity toilet (nothing to do with toilet)

Not for nothing, but brass seems a bit of overkill for an anti-siphon valve, no?
