FIXED!!! I took apart the distribution block and ripped out the board for the led's and the wiring attached. Everything works as it should. What a pain! If you still want to know about the distribution block I'll look and see what company it was. It was on Amazon and was not the one I wanted but it was the only one that didn't have a 30 plus day delivery time due to Covid. Suffice to say I'll be ordering a new block but at least now I know everything works and I'm not crazy. Well.... not that crazy. Thanks again for all the help!

One last question can I hook the converter up to just charge the battery and run the 12v stuff off the battery while its charging or do i need to use the 12v outs on the converter and wire them to the distribution block as well and just isolate the battery while on shore power so its only being charged and not pulled from or through, if that makes sense?

OK , if you're fixed then the brand of the fuse box isn't important to me , and because I plan on replacing a bundle of in line fuses in my coach , with a fuse block ; now I know to look for one without the leds.
Safe travels.

With an RV converter/charger set up the battery acts as a buffer , so best to have the converter and battery hooked up , as long as wire size is correct for the max charge rate , connecting point shouldn't be an issue.
Just in case you need more info; here's a great site.

Just wire the converter leads to the battery directly, along with the fuse panel and ground buss, all off the battery posts.
All accessory loads come off the fuse panel and ground buss.
