Power gear jack

I am trying to locate a powergear jack part # 101000144 or lippert # 383786 can anyone help me

This is about ten years old or so but worth a shot.

Johnsons Surplus is the name of the company. No web page but they are listed on yahoo and have a phone number. They were quick and sent a beautiful jack. ))

They are rebuildable if not too damaged.
