Changed fuses? Which ones did you change? On Fleetwood products the fuses (or CBs) are in the BCC.
Check (disconnect and inspect the metal connections) all the connectors at the controller for corrosion. 18 years is a long time depending on the operation environment and corrosion occurs. Depending on the model there could be a couple.

The four fuses attached from the power gear board. I did take out all of the connections and check them. Nothing seems to look off. It was garage kept and only taken out a couple time a year before I bought it about 7 months ago.

Again, check the BCC, there are fuses or CBs for the leveling system in there. On mine (Bounder 2016) F11 (Fuse 11) is for the leveling gear. Below is from a spreadsheet I created of all fuses/CBs/Pinouts/connections on my BCC.

check the plug for the touchpad at the controller and see if you have output power. You should have power coming into the controller and then out to the touchpad.

Randomly ours is doing the same thing. If we pull the inline fuse by the control panel it will say "Please wait" then power off. We finally got it to power on raised the back jacks and put the truck under it then it powered off and won't come back on. Customer support told us its a power issue, we bought new batteries and still won't turn on. Following for information
