Power Gear levelling not working

2006 Monaco Diplomat 40PAQ with Power Gear Electronic Levelling control board #500629. Problem: After parking brake is set,the power gear board goes through it's regular flashing routine and the ON/OFF, Jacks Down and Engage Park Brake start flashing and system will not work. I have replaced the Nason SM-1C switch. Any suggestions to trouble shooting? I posted this on this forum as I'm sure the Power Gear system is used by other manufactures beside Monaco.

'06 Monaco Cayman 36: I found that the system, which requires the ignition be on, would not work in the accessory position but I don't remember if the control panel lit up then or not. I'm not even sure why the ignition has to be on. Seems counter-logical.
