Power Gear levelling troubles

Hi all, 2005 Airstream Land Yacht 26 Class A. Leveling system 'Jacks down' alarm activated after very hard jolt from bad pot hole. Tried cleaning all grounds, checked fluid level, checked float and even bypassed it, no joy. There's power to the solenoid and when I hit the other side of it with 12v, the pump works. Replaced the control panel inside the coach, lights up as normal but won't activate the pump and after a period of time, the alarm goes off again, all jacks are retracted fully. Any thoughts? Have you checked to see if you're getting the signal from both the parking brake and the neutral safety switch?
If those are good you'll probably need to use the harness to send the 12 vdc and make sure it's reaching the pump.

awesome, thanks! i also noted that my parking brake light does not illuminate when applied but it works in the start up cycle. i have to find where the other end of the switch wire goes, cheers!
