Power Gear/Lippert Help!

While setting up at Detroit Lake in Oregon, the levelling system was acting up….stopping with lights flashing on the control panel and the right rear jack would not descend. Then the right rear jack just fell and clunked on the ground.

I crawled under under and found the electric brake on the jack motor to be hanging loose. I took off the boot and found the spacer between the brake and the motor to be broken where it screwed to the motor. I took the toad and went and found straps and mechanics wire and secured the leg in the up position to get me back home in Canada.

This is where the real problem begins. To find the right brake kit! The brake unit does not have a part number on it but the electric motor does (1010000051 - Power Gear). I can find a brake kit online but I can’t be sure that it is the correct one.

I contacted Fleetwood (REV Recreation) with my FIN and they looked up the build for my coach and told me that I have to purchase the entire jack (part # 10088502) for $1331.51 plus shipping as Lippert does not supply parts of jacks only complete units.

Go figure, Walmart has a brake kit for $286.10 (https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/Lippert...RD6I6CTU8BCL34)

My question is, can anyone tell me if this part will fit? It looks exactly the same.

Also on Amazon and ebay

Try contacting the seller on ebay if they can tell you it's correct for your jack.
