Power Gear noise

Just a question on a recent issue with my levelers. With a foot of snow coming [two weeks ago] I noticed that I hadn't lifted the coach to take a little pressure off the springs for the winter. It was cold out 27 degrees and windy, went to raise it up and all I got was a whirling sound, nothing happened, jacks are not going down. Everything looks good on the pad but it almost seems like something sheered, sounds like the motor is working but nothing on the jacks. Not that I'm going anywhere but I'd like too have a idea of what's in front of me. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Power Gear is very responsive to emails. Their techs have been very helpful to me. Their email address is. info@powergearus.com .

Hope you get an answer here but if not try an email to them with all the info you can give them
