Power Gear Slide One motor going out the other is coming in

I have a 2008 Winnebago Journey 39Z and I had to change one of the motors on my driver's side slide. The slide has the dinette and couch in it. After I finished I pushed the out button and the new motor wants to retract and the other motor is tying to extend. The slide is a Power Gear RPE Digi-Sync slide with 2 rails and an electric motor for each rail. Here are pictures of the control module, the motor and the board inside that you use to extend and retract the slide.

Reverse the two power wires going to the new motor.
