Power gear slideout controller

I have a 2005 Coachman Aurora with a Power Gear Slide out. It slides out but won’t slide back in. The motor is working, the switch is working. They say it’s the controller. We cannot locate the controller. Help please.

Can you get the number off yours (pictures help) and you will find that the Lippert owned power gear people are very helpful on the phone regardless of the age of your gear. I would not immediately assume it's the controller.

What does it do when bringing in?
How do you know switch is working both ways?
Batteries good takes more amps to bring in.
Have you tried reversing wires since it will go out.
