Powergear levelers - parts availability

I have just pulled my PowerGear RV Leveler system off of my 1999 Fleetwood Southwind 35S. It appears that the best place to mount an electric motor seems to be behind the passenger side front wheel mudflap, so the whole unit gets soaked with water. PowerGear says the motor is "water resistant", not "waterproof"! So I have a dead motor. I am planning on having a reputable electric motor shop rebuild it.

My only problem, I need to replace the steel bearing and shaft seal which separates he electric motor from the hydraulic pump assembly. I have a part number for the seal, from the vendor, but according to PowerGear they do not sell he bearing. Has on the forum ever had to replace or rebuild their electric motor on their leveler system and had to replace the bearing? According to Bill at PowerGear, he says it starts with the number 6 and may be available on Amazon. If anyone has ever rebuilt their own leveler (the one with the steel tank mounted vertically, if you could share where you found your replacement bearing, I'd be grateful. A new motor and bearing is $290 on eBay. I'd rather not go that route. Unless the motor shop can't rebuild it of course. Then I will have no choice.

Thanks folks! Happy trails...
