No. Those are the 120 volt AC feeds to the converter. You should not have to do anything with them. You can see in the link I posted exactly where they run.
Look on the photo. You will see a black and a white wire directly above the cooling fan connecting from the converter circuit board to the back side of the smaller fuse panel above it. These wires may be soldered connections on the back side of the fuse panel, or they may be screw lugs. They should have come already attached from the manufacturer of the unit.
All you should need to do is connect the positive and negative leads from the battery to their respective lugs on the fuse panel, as stated in the installation instructions:
"Connect battery POS (+) to the red 001 BATTERY POS. (+) wire, connect battery NEG (-) to the white BATTERY NEG. (-) wire. "
However, be aware that the battery leads on your rig may be red and black vs red and white, so just trace out and verify which wire is the battery positive and which is the battery negative.
If you are uncertain about what any of this means, you should get a knowledgeable electrical person to assist you, because you don't want to make a mistake on this.
