Question Propane tank certs

When I had my TT they always check the cert date before filling the 30lb tanks.

I filled the MH and no questions, they just filled it on the coach.
Since it's under the coach deep in the frame they really can't see it.

But am I supposed to have it inspected and stamped that it's all good.

No tank re-certifications needed on permanent frame mounted propane tanks.

Correct, ASME tanks (MH tanks) do not need certification, that I can remember anyway.

DOT cylinders do need them.
