Rear heat pump won't work

On my 2005 Dutch Star with two Dometic Penguin AC/heat pumps, my rear heat pump will not come on. The AC DOES come on.

I have a Dometic Duo-Therm control. I have checked the obvious things like breakers etc. Of course, if that were the problem, the A/C would not work.

Does anyone have any ideas of what can be the issue?
Thanks,
Pete
