Rear hydraulic Jacks do not fully retract

On our 2016 36' Itasca Meridian the rear jacks retract very slowly or not at all in cold weather, have had to use a pry bar to push them up to the fully retracted position. Have check for teltail signs of hydraulic oil leaks and found none. the front jacks have retraction Springs and work well in all weather conditions. Looking for answers on how to solve this problem, plus I Can not find the hydraulic oil reservoir. look forward to suggestions.
