Refrigerator not cooling

Help! We just got back from a weekend trip and refrigerator worked fine. After arriving home the interior temperature began to rise and it is not working. We have turned everything off to basically reboot the system and it does not help. Of course we are planing to go back out in a few days and all the repair shops are booked for 3 weeks.
If does not cool on electric or LP. with LP the burner is running and the area above the burner gets hot.
Anyone have an idea of what could be the problem?

Thank you.

Any ammonia smell or yellow powder on the coils in back? When our Dometic in the '02 DSDP quit I found the yellow powder on the coils.

Since you didn't provide make and model, you'll have to look up your fridge yourself and find an owner's manual and perhaps a service manual also. These will provide ways to check to see what needs attention. Since you say the LP burner is working, sounds like the control board is functioning. You'll have to check and be sure the thermistor is properly mounted and working. Wondering if after return home, unloading fridge caused the issue.

Are you parked level now?
Check fridge vent. If to roof make sure no blockage. If it is in a slide and side wall vented make sure it is not obstructed.
If you are getting heat from LP burner and the unit has not failed it should cool assuming it is level and venting properly.

Refrigerator not cooling

Yellow substance as Mr. D suggested or a smell of ammonia are indicators. If it leaked out without anyone around you may not smell.
If you can remove the top roof vent cover and see inside that will help. Some models have fans to help cool.
Being level is a key item. This will cause them to fail prematurely.

I looked in the owner's manual, couldn't find a service manual. Troubleshooting said:
Symptom:
The refrigerator has stopped cooling.

Remedial action
• Immediately turn the refrigerator off and see a Dometic dealer.

The refrigerator doesn't blink error codes or any other helpful self diagnosis.

Once had a spec of fly crap in the burner jet. Fire was going but not hot enough. Pulled jet and cleaned it with a welding tip cleaner. Reinstalled jet and it worked fine

Thermistor, is a aluminum clip with a wire attached to it that attaches to the fins in the inside of the fridge, back of compartment. Slide it up as high as it will go.
