Remodel large Schwintek slide system

I have a large Schwintek slide on my coach. 20' long with refrigerator, washer-dryer and kitchen in it.

The Schwintek system is just not strong enough to move all of that without breaking!!

What I'm looking for is a RV repair company to completely rebuild that slide. New motors- rails- whatever!! A complete different design. Maybe a hydraulic system or screw system??

This system was totally undersized when built in my opinion. Many of these systems have failed. Just impossible to trade it as all dealers are aware of the issues. I feel I can spent the money to redo it and just keep the coach. This is on a 2013 coach. So not an older coach.

So a RV repair facility or manufacturing company. Maybe a company that builds speciality coaches or etc.

If anyone has someone in mind I can take this coach anywhere in the US.

Any ideas or company names would be appreciated.

Russell

Hi Russell,
Where are you located? Some manufacturers using this system on new coaches with large slide outs are now putting 2 racks on the top at each end to help support the weight. A repair company should be able to order this revision and install without much problem. Good luck and keep us posted.
