removing freezer drawer dometic freezer

Well you can take one look at me and tell I've had lots of experence removing thing from a frig and refrigerator. But, this has me perplexed. I have a Dometic NDA 1402 that has two drawers in the freezer compartment that DW said remove so I can clean under and behind them. I don't know how to get the little holders off without using brute force. Any one have the answer, the manuel only states the obvious, that it has two drawers!

Thanks for replying nightrider but after backing away for a little while then getting in floor with head stuck in freezers I finally figured it out without breaking it. Love working with the bifocals! On to next problem.
